Yes, individual users within an Enterprise account, are assigned specific roles and given associated rights. For example a forecasting user, may not be allowed to change the graphics design of a template, where a graphics/creative user, may not be given the rights to edit the forecast data. There is a wide range of roles and permissions, and the Enterprise Account Admin can allocate roles to the users within a group. Any user may have a number of assigned roles; by default the Admin has all permissions.

Yes, a data provider may sign up for a data provider account and can offer data for access by the entire user community. The access to the data can also be limited to certain regions or user / subscriber types. This is not a problem, as all content that’s ready for live output is cached on the ThinClient and therefore any interruption of the connectivity to the cloud renderer or data would only limit updates during the outage (as one might expect). Any content already prepared would not be affected. This mitigates the single most raised concern with a cloud-hosted service; and the GeoStream™ ThinClient is therefore not only a dynamic play-out tool, but a strong added layer of security for the overall production.

The training classes are typically in part on-line and in part on-site to optimize the time spent and to facilitate easier personnel scheduling.. The cost of travel and accommodations for the on-site training is borne by the subscriber/customer.
